Terms of service
Last updated 2 October 2026
1. These terms
These terms govern your use of the dashboard at requiem.devvista.org ("the service"), operated by ARCH ("we"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The support server is the single channel through which support, requests and all business are handled: https://discord.gg/EDcEdV6svr.
2. What the service is
The service is a web interface to a Discord bot built on Red-DiscordBot. It lets someone with the right permissions change that bot's configuration without using chat commands. It is not a hosting service: it does not host your bot, your server, or your data beyond the configuration described in the privacy policy.
3. Accounts and access
- You sign in with Discord. We do not issue separate accounts or passwords.
- You may only manage servers that you own or where Discord grants you the required permissions. Attempting to manage a server you have no authority over is a breach of these terms.
- You are responsible for what is done through your Discord account while signed in, so keep it secure.
4. Acceptable use
Do not:
- attempt to access data or servers you are not authorised to access;
- probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service, or bypass rate limits and access controls;
- scrape or bulk-copy the service, or resell access to it, without written permission;
- use it to break the law, to break Discord's terms, or to harm other people;
- upload content that is unlawful, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Access may be suspended, or an IP address blocked, if any of this happens. Because the bot's configuration is the bot operator's, we may also have to remove content on their instruction.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the settings and text you save. You are responsible for them being lawful and for having the right to use them. We only store them so the bot can use them, and we may remove them if the law requires it.
6. Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime guarantee, no service level agreement, and maintenance happens when it is needed. The status page reports current health; if it says something is degraded, it is being worked on.
The dashboard can also be locked by its operator. When locked, public pages such as this one and the status page stay available, while the logged-in dashboard does not.
7. Software licence
The dashboard software is free and open source, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. That licence governs the software itself, including your right to run and modify it. These terms govern the hosted service instead, and where the two overlap on the running service, these terms apply to the extent permitted.
The software is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty, as the licence says in full.
8. Third-party components
The service is built on other people's work, including Red-DiscordBot, the Argon Dashboard theme by Creative Tim, anime.js, Vite and supporting libraries. Their licences are listed on the credits page. Nothing in these terms changes their licences or your rights under them.
9. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any setting you save will have the effect you intended.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of members or reputation arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid for the service, which for most users is nothing.
Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
11. Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time; removing the bot from a server removes that server's configuration. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if continuing would put the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, notice will be given in the support server.
12. Changes
These terms may change as the service changes. The date at the top changes with them, and material changes are announced in the support server. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction, which has not yet been recorded on this page. See the note above — this clause is deliberately left unfinished rather than guessed.
14. Contact
Anything to do with these terms belongs in the support server: https://discord.gg/EDcEdV6svr.
